We assist with evaluating the property to determine a market rent range.  We will advertise in  various ways which includes a lot of internet advertising.  We market through the multiple listing service to advertise to over 1000 agents, which in turn refer us placement tenants.

Owner and Tenant Communication

Applicants are screened for credit, previous landlord/tenant lawsuits, and job verification & income.  Leases are negotiated with tenant and prepared in the best interest of the landlord.  Regular communication and correspondence occurs via your requested means of communication as well as providing access to our software program for review of your property and tenant interactions.

Property Management

We provide detailed written walk-through reports with pictures at each move-in.  Periodic surveys and interior walk-throughs are conducted.  Accounting services include year-end 1099 for taxes and detailed reports for repairs and fees.  In event of late rent, we will pursue collections and evictions.  Monthly statements are provided to landlords along with monthly statements.
