History of Country Home Real Estate
Country Home Real Estate was founded in 1989 by Lawrence William “Bill” Vance, Jr.
In 1998, Bill Vance with the help of his Daughter Mindy Vance-Bouman created the current Country Home logo and brand. Country Home Real Estate is currently the only independently-owned real estate firm in York County, Pennsylvania.
Mindy Bouman is currently the sole Broker/Owner of Country Home Real Estate and continues to operate as an independently owned real estate company in South Central Pennsylvania. Our agents are experts in traditional listing and buying of residential real estate. We also have agent specialists in commercial real estate, investment property, property management and REO Short sales.
